I wanted to take time to thank you and your staff, specifically Jim Volk, for the courteous, professional service that my wife and I received while making our recent purchase of our Chevy pipk-up.  Jim did everything he could to help us with our trade-in, get a great rate, and keep our payment within our budget.

It was discovered after we took the pickup home that it needed some work done on it, and Jim was very helpful and did not hesitate to take care of those repairs for me.  Not sure I would have gotten that kind of service at a dealership.

Thanks to Prime Rate Motors for not leaving me stranded on I-90, at night, with a plugged fuel filter when another large dealership down the street said that it was Friday night at 5 pm, everyone was gone and no, he would not wait for me to limp it in and rent a car.  How's that for customer service!  Want customer service where they truly want your business?
